Anyone, who wishes to open his travel agency or want to start a retail shop for mobile/DTH recharge can become our agent. There is no minimum eligibility criteria. However, we do validate the information provided by you while you register..
To become a money transfer agent you need to submit your KYC documents like PAN Card and any address proof ( Aadhar card, Driving license, Electricity or any utility book, bank pass book etc). A valid PAN is mandatory requirement for money transfer agents.
You need to fill our registration form here to become our agent. There is a one time registration fee.
NO, you can either become our direct agent or you can join using any of our distributors across India
Esuvidhaa uses API as well as LAPU based recharge. We use API based software that is much faster and reliable. LAPU based recharge is used for higher commissions, if required.
As soon as you register with us, you get a welcome email with your account details. Along with this email, you get an attachment with commission chart. This attachment contains commission % for each service and each operator
NO, you can use single wallet balance for doing all transactions from your panel. No need to maintain separate balance for separate services.
If a transaction is pending, you should wait for some time as our system is automatic and the transaction will be either success or failure. In case the transaction fails, you will automatically get refund of the amount

As soon as the transaction (booking or recharge) is done by an agent, he will get the commission. You commission will be given in your balance.
To get balance in your agent panel, you need to deposit funds in Esuvidhaa's bank account through online banking (e-transfer or NEFT), cheque or cash. After depositing the funds, create a balance request from your agent panel. Our account department will review the request and give you balance in your account.
